Strategic Dreaming, Inc. provides a media and publishing platform for women to share experiences, collaborate for positive social change, elevate their business and career and create greater prosperity for the communities in which they live. The company was founded by Dia Satori in 2009.
Dia Satori spent the majority of her business career in the medical device industry working with SCIMED - acquired by Boston Scientific, Vascular Science, Inc., a start-up company acquired by St. Jude Medical and superDimension, Inc. She is the author and publisher of C Sweets – Desserts from the Executive Suite. She also has extensive experience as an executive leadership coach and peer mentoring facilitator as well as coaching individuals. She is an accomplished speaker and consultant.
She has a BA in Communications from Augsburg College and is completing her Master of Arts in Leadership. She participated in the Executive Women’s Character-Based Leadership Program at St. Catherine University, received Mediation Certification through Hamline Mediation Center and is certified in Creatrix TM, a creativity and risk-taking assessment tool. She is a recipient of the “Woman on the Way” award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the “Woman to Watch” award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She is actively involved in the American Red Cross-Twin Cities Chapter Tiffany Circle, womenwinning, Minnesota Women’s Consortium, the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis, Honoring Women Worldwide and the White House Project Leadership Circle and, of course, the Fun Club where her alias is “Frenchy.” She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dia presented at the February, 2011 Woman's Club of Minneapolis Strictly Social networking event. Her speech was engaging, warm, funny and insightful.
